The Engineer that came out (Greg) was extremely thorough and professional. He took the time to understand my situation and explained each step of the inspection. The final report was very detailed and arrived fast. Needless to say, both Brad and Greg are very knowledgeable and were instrumental in helping me to resolve this issue.
