My first conversation was with Brad, who was able to quickly accommodate my schedule and have someone out the very next week. Greg showed up and was not only through, but took the time to walk the property with me and explain, in great detail, what was going on. It turned out that the brick work was not the problem, but the wall was not structurally sound and would have cost my family THOUSANDS of dollars to remedy, if we had moved forward with the purchase. Bruce and Greg were amazing. They fit us into their schedule 3 days before our closing date and were able to give us a report 6am prior to our closing date. The reported gave us a clear picture of the state of the home. However, they also gave us sound advice that the issues on the home we loved were issues not to be alarmed about and could be solved. They are a highly professional group and we look forward to working with them in the future.

The Engineer that came out (Greg) was extremely thorough and professional. He took the time to understand my situation and explained each step of the inspection. The final report was very detailed and arrived fast. Needless to say, both Brad and Greg are very knowledgeable and were instrumental in helping me to resolve this issue.
