Structural Engineering Projects & Inspections

Many of our projects cover what we call a summary narrative. Most people compare these to a structural engineer inspection. These narratives/inspections are typically visual inspections performed by a structural engineer to validate the structural soundness of a home or building’s weight-bearing components. These may include structural components such as framing, foundation, beams, columns, posts, or trusses.

When a home or commercial building fails an inspection, or shows signs of structural deficiencies, PVE will provide a written solution. Our structural engineering firm can take the narrative even further by providing a solution and blueprint design. Additionally, if we have worked with a repair specialist in the field, we will gladly pass on the referral.
